Pencey Prep, you've probably seen the ads, anyway. They advertise in about a thousand magazines.They don't do any god damn molding in Pencey. Their all Phoneys the lot of them.I like to be somewhere at least where you can see a few girls around once in a while.

D.B. he's my brother and all. He's in hollywood. He just got a jaguar. One of those little english jobs that can do two hundered miles an hour. He writes short stories, the best one is the secret goldfish. Now he's in hollywood being a prostitute.

I keep Allie’s baseball mitt safely away, But I decided to show Jane today. I always like wearing my hunting hat. Because it helps me when I’m feeling trapped. When I go out, I like to have a dance, Because I liked to show Jane some romance.
‘The Secret Goldfish’ is my favourite book. DB has not wrote one about the ducks. I want to be the catcher in the rye, And people should not be allowed to lie.
